Recipe- Slim Fluffy Apple Cinnamon Pancakes


Gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, low fat, no added sugar, & low calories

Ingredients:

1/3 cup of almond flour

1 tbsp psyllium husk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp stevia

1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

2 egg whites

2 tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a batter. Put a bit of batter on a non-stick frying pan (small amount to make them small and thick instead of big and thin). Fry in a frying pan until both sides are cooked. Place on a plate. Add some warm applesauce, warm apple pieces and cinnamon on top!
