Recipe- Taylor’s Good Skin & Healthy Weight Smoothie

Chop up the following:

1. 1 handful of washed spinach (powerful antioxidant rich in calcium & iron)

2. Half a cucumber (good for hydration of skin & eyes)

3. 1 apple (good for digestion, promotes weight loss)

4. 1 inch piece of fresh ginger (good for blood circulation, digestion, & reducing inflammation (skin inflammation is acne)).

5. 2 pieces of celery (high in vitamin c, reduces cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, promotes weight loss)

6. half cup of water

7. 5 ice cubes

Put it all in a blender & blend until smooth

Drink it up!
