Water constitutes 50-70% of our body. There is more in males than females, as lean muscle tissue (more in males) contains 73% water, and fat (more in females) contains 10-20%. We have it mostly in our blood, brain and bones.

If one is higher than the other you will either gain or loose weight.

Ideally you should get a variety of foods in moderation, so that you cover all vitamins, minerals, micro and macronutrients.
These days people think more is better.. the more vitamins and supplements you take, the healthier you are. WRONG.. like everything, too much of anything is bad.. even toxic.
