Valentine’s Day is coming up and to go with the theme I decided to do some nail art!
These are gel nails, the 3D parts are made with acrylic powder and then painted. Whenever I go to a salon I always draw up my ideas first so I can get my thoughts out of my head and onto paper so I can see how it looks

For me Sunday’s mean; sleeping in, cuddling, relaxing, catching up on work or watching youtube videos I missed, and baking. Especially when it’s cold outside (like now), I like to stay in and do these things.
I’ve been working a lot lately on little sleep and I’ve been quite stressed..and my skin is getting bad, i’m tired, etc. It’s time to clean up my diet more. I’ve been turning to a lot of quick snacks like candy or chocolate to pick me up in the afternoon when I’m feeling tired at work, which isn’t good because we all know those sugary foods spike your blood sugar up fast and later it comes crashing back down so you’ll crave even more, it’s just a bad vicious cycle. I decided to come home and make myself a healthy nutritious dinner tonight. It turned out really good so I really want to share my recipe with you guys!
I’m not vegan right now but as of today I don’t eat red meat (for many years now), and I just decided to stop eating dairy (I’m done with eating other animal’s mucous and fluids).
